CMPL Consulting · Website and digital presence

A website that finally matches the shop.

Where things stand

1,500 people already follow the shop. None of them can search for it.

1,524
Instagram followers with nowhere to land
4.3
Google rating, with no site behind it
The dead end

A bio link and a map listing. That is the whole funnel. Nothing tells someone what is on the racks this week, nothing confirms you are open before they drive over, and Google has almost nothing to rank you on.

Every new follower has to already know to walk in.

What gets built

Five pieces. One site.

Everything below is included in the one price. There are no add-ons.

01

Homepage and shop sections

Racks by era, what's in store now, and your story. Built out from the preview you've already seen.

02

Google Business polish

Hours, photos and categories dialled in so the listing finally pulls its weight.

03

Local search basics

Page titles and descriptions written around how people actually search for vintage in Fullerton.

04

Built for phones first

Most of your Instagram traffic is on a phone, so the site is designed there first.

05

A revision round

One full pass to adjust copy, photos or layout after you have seen it live.

The preview

Already built. Take a look.

A working page, not a picture of one. Designed on your colours and your storefront, and built for a phone first, since that is where your traffic already is.

Why the number looks like that

We are building out the website side of our practice, and we would rather launch it with a shop we actually believe in than with a stranger. You get the full build at a rate we will not be offering for long. We get a real piece of work to point at.

Straight trade. Nothing hidden in it.

What we ask in return

Four small things, once you are happy with it.

A short quote

Two or three sentences about working with us, for our site.

A few real photos

The shop and the site in use. Nothing staged.

Use of your name

Listing Retropolis as a client in our website portfolio.

An intro, only if it fits

If you know a shop owner who would genuinely benefit. No obligation.

Down the road

The other half of what we do.

When a shop runs out of one person's memory, every new hire learns a slightly different version of it.

Training and operations systems are the part that matters once you are not the only one opening the store. Nothing to decide now.

  • Hiring and onboarding that does not depend on you being there
  • Written playbooks for how the racks and the floor actually run
  • A manager who can open and close without calling you
Where this comes from. Our team led the training infrastructure that took a specialty retailer from 4 to 55+ US locations, and we have spent our careers inside the kind of retail and food businesses we now work with.
Next steps

Say yes and we start this week.

01

You confirm

A reply is enough. The deposit invoice goes out the same day.

02

We kick off

A short call or a text thread. Send photos, hours, anything you want featured.

03

You approve, we launch

Nothing goes public until you have looked at it and signed off.
